Martin Capital Group - Welcome Martin Capital Group ( MCG ) was founded in 2003 as the investment affiliate of the highly successful commercial real estate development company, First Martin Corporation. MCG is a value-added investor targeting a broad range of direct equity and debt investments in real estate assets, portfolios, and joint ventures principally in the Midwestern United States.
