The food menu features stone-fired pizza with a sourdough crust, created at the focal point of the venue -the pizza bar with a “Morello Forni” oven. The Italian beauty is gas-fired to 600 degrees Fahrenheit with a rotating, hearth bottom. This combination ensures even heat distribution yielding pizzas baked in 5 minutes. Red Pizzas will have a San Marzano tomato base and White Pizzas will have a traditional Bechamel sauce; there are nearly 20 different topping combinations. Starter plates, salads, pastas, panini & dessert complete the dining offerings.
