Windy City Sweets opened in 1983 and has been a popular Chicago North side neighborhood destination for sweet tooths ever since. Expanded to double its size in 1996, Windy City Sweets features homemade chocolates and fudge, our ceiling high candy wall, outdoor seating and world famous ice cream.
