George's Whats Cooking? originated just outside Chicago in the late 70's.  The place was an institution and classic until it moved to Deerfield, where once again it's become a fixture of the community.  The focus here is on American comfort food and Jewish cuisine. Dinner specials are huge, accompanied by plenty of sides and the matzo ball soup flows freely.
