Brothers John and Brian Kim pour a lot more than hot joe at Brothers K. Since opening in 2005, the two have poured their souls into their java venture, and to great effect. Much loved by Evanston freelancers and students, that love is returned by the Kim brothers, who argue over who knows more customers by name and venerate their baristas past and present with a mini shrine on their website.
Now with two locations in Evanston, the brothers are well on their way to becoming an even more beloved Evanston institution.
