Opened by the O'Carroll Family in 2007, Rose's Wheat Free Bakery is the only certified gluten-free bakery in the North Shore region. The business specializes in making gluten-free breads, cookies, and other baked goods. Rose's also houses a sunny cafe, which adjoins the actual bakery and serves a good variety of sandwiches, salads, and made-to-order pizzas at very reasonable prices. Parking for Rose's can be found on Central Street or on any of the sidestreets that run north of the bakery.
