Olive 'n Vinnie's Oil and Balsamic Bar carries balsamic vinegars from Modena, Italy as well as extra-virgin olive oils from 14 countries. Customers are given the option to taste from the 50 different varieties of oils and balsamics before purchasing. The market also offers a wide variety of olives, chocolates, soups, olive oil soaps, lotions, kitchen gadgets, Door County coffee and teas and Lou's Old Fashioned salsa's and pickles.
Custom gift baskets can also be arranged and shipped anywhere. The owners, Gary and Karen Evensen, are long time Glen Ellyn residents. Olive 'n Vinnie's Oil and Balsamic Bar has two other locations in Wisconsin, Shawano and Cedarburg.
