Two significant things happened to Mr. Hong in 1977: his son was born and he opened his Cantonese take-out place in Highland Park. Thirty-three years after, his son is a grown-up and 3 Stars Lung Wah's business remains brisk, thanks to its signature egg roll and Mongolian beef. In 1998, Lung Wah moved to a new location near the busy intersection of Park Avenue West and US-41. If you're picking up your order of Mushu, Hong Sue and Almond Duck, it's easy to miss this hole-in-a-wall. The best description may be that it is at the back of Dunkin' Donuts.
