Ellen Granda's bakery is a boon to Highland Park residents who have been nursing neglected sweet tooths. Though the sweets take second string to savory pastries here, it doesn't mean that they're any less tasty. The former non-profit fundraiser turned baker takes a great deal of pride in her work and is happy to be in Highland Park among those who will appreciate the savory and sweet tastes she brings to the community.
