Dr. Jazz Soda Fountain & Grille, owned and operate by Lebanon residents Paul and Sarah Krumsieg, has been in operation for 8 years. Come and experience the flavor of an old time soda fountain. The dreams of Paul and his wife led them to the circa 1900 Pharmacy in Lebanon, Illinois. Many hours were spent restoring the soda fountain to its original grandeur. Their hope was to have a place for people to come sit and enjoy a taste of the past. Hungry visitors can feast on Chicago Style Hot Dogs, Italian Roast Beef and Quarter Pound hand-formed burgers. On the lighter side, you may enjoy a Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad.
