John Dough Bakery opened in August 2010, after former Upper Crust owner John Zydowicz and Main Street business owner Jim Miller joined to create this daily bakery, lunch spot and catering service. The dining area seats 30 people.

Each day the bakery offers a variety of breads and confections, as well as a full lunch menu of sandwiches, salads and soups. The bakery accepts custom orders for special events and private parties, as well as breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert and hors d'oeuvres catering.
