Since December of 2007 John's Rib House, located in the Maple Court plaza, makes the best ribs in town. It all began with John and Edna who opened their own rib house in 1991 in Dixon Illinois, their son John Jr. followed in their footsteps and Lisle's rib house came to be.

John's Rib House is famous for its Baby Back Ribs and other barbecue dishes that are Hickory smoked in their Southern Pride smoker with real hickory wood for hours for an authentic BBQ taste. John's provides catering and delivery services at affordable rates. It's small shop is convenient for quick carry out and has seating available for dining in.
