Eric L. Miskell Eric L. Miskell founded The Miskell Law Center, LLC in 1997. He has been licensed to practice law since 1993. Mr. Miskell is a graduate of Creighton University Law School and has been licensed in the States of Illinois, Iowa and Nebraska. Eric is also licensed to practice in the United States Federal Court in the Northern District of Iowa. He is married to Connie Miskell and has two children: Erin and Hannah. Eric makes his home in Ottawa, Illinois and is a committed and active member of the community. Eric Miskell handles cases in all areas of the law and is lead counsel in the Worker's Compensation and Personal Injury Department for the Law Center. Eric has been a member of: the North Ottawa Business Advisory Committee for the City of Ottawa, City of Ottawa Parks and Recreation Board, Ottawa Girls Fastpitch Assoication, Deerpark Country Club, Knights of Columbus, Ottawa Lions Club, Starved Rock Yacht Club and Wide Waters Yacht Club. Ryan E. Hamer is an associate attorney with The Miskell Law Center, LLC. Ryan has served as an intern until joining the firm as a staff attorney in 2004. Mr. Hamer graduated from Northern Illinois University School of Law and has been a member of the American Bar Association and Illinois State Bar Association. Ryan currently handles cases involving personal injury, social security disability and criminal defense. Ryan is married to Dr. Kimberly Calhoun and the couple resides in Ottawa. Thomas G. Ganiere joined The Miskell Law Center, LLC. as an associate attorney in 1998. Mr. Ganiere is a 1995 graduate of the Chicago-Kent College of Law. In addition to his legal appointments, Mr. Ganiere is a local firefighter, real-estate appraiser and realtor. Tom currently handles cases involving employment law, real-estate transactions, driver's license reinstatements, probate, and wills. Connie L. Miskell Connie L. Miskell is the part-time Comptroller with the Center and financial manager as well. Please call her for all your billing account related or other financial questions. Connie is active in our community as the Treasurer of the St. Columba Booster Club. Tricia Collins is a resident of Rural Marseilles. Mrs. Collins is the lead paralegal for the Worker's Compensation and Personal Injury Divisions of the Miskell Law Center, LLC. Tricia is married to Adam Collins and has two children, Sam and Zack. Tricia is also a Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor at Donavans' Nautilus in Ottawa. Keith joined the Law Center in 2009 as our Real Estate Professional. Keith is a 2003 graduate of Illinois State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. From 2003 through 2009, Mr. Vancil worked as a Mortgage Loan Officer. Keith has vast experience in closing your Real Estate matters. Keith has been Certified as a Closing Agent for Attorney Title Guaranty Fund, Co Mr. Vancil was recently married to his wife Lindsay and currently reside in Lake Holiday. Keith is a past Treasurer of the Reddick Manson Association ; member of the morning Ottawa Business Builder's Group ; as well as a soft ball coach with the Ottawa Girls Fastpitch Association.
