American Cuisine ranging from Traditional favorites to one of a kind signature dishes. Large portions and super tasty eats! Try a Reuben a Tenderloin or Beefroll for lunch with some homemade chips and you'll be hooked. For Breakfast I suggest the Ham & Eggs and maybe some homemade corned beef hash and don't forget to get biscuits and gravy with it! J Skillet is a fave and of coarse the Cattleman Omlet is a must try. Oh and don't forget to have a Texas Chicken Melt!
