Frosty Tips is owned and operated by Jim Dragatsis and Fred Allen. This location opened in 1974, 30 years after the opening of the original Frosty Tips. It offers all kinds of frozen treats from ice cream to smoothies. Although retired, the original owner still continues his age-old practice of "making the rounds" where he visits all of the stores to make certain everything is working and the parking lots are clean.
