All of our meats are hand rubbed with a perfect blend of spices, then smoked over hickory slow and low fow hours. After that, we mark 'em up on the grill and lightly mop them with our own Sweet N' Tangy sauce. All of our sides are hand made. Onion rings hand cut, dipped, and fried one at a time. Cornbeard made fresh daily. Cole slaw, potato salad, baked beans and a variety of sauces to tempt your taste buds. All from scratch, old school, like Ma' use to make! Why?
