The otherwise bland stretch of Old Todd’s Road belies the elegance and sophistication of the restaurant’s cool interior, and of the food. School occupies a cozy, cheerful space with colorful wooden geometric patterned walls and minimalist furniture. The ingredients range far and wide and straddle the familiar to foreign. Kaiten Sushi (sushi transported on a conveyor system which can be selected at the patron’s convenience) takes center stage. The sushi looks stunning but what really matters is how subtle and fine everything tastes.
