The Coscino Family, originally from New Orleans, have been Mandeville residents since 1998 and opened the Restaurant in May of 2004 with inspiration and recipes from New Orleans, New York, & Italy. Already great at cooking excellent Italian dishes, Chef Jeremy Coscino worked with an owner of a 25 year old Brooklyn, New York Pizzeria to learn true New York Style Pizza. Also on staff is Chef Sal Augello, a wonderful Italian chef for 40 years and who has owned restaurants of his own in this area.
