Every Sunday from 10:30 a.m. until 2:00 p.m., the Royal Sonesta Hotel's Executive Chef Peter Page carries on the historic tradition in the elegant Bienville Suite. Patrons will be pleased to find all of their favorite Begue's menu items prepared, presented and served just as the Royal Sonesta Hotel has always done. Guests can still create a customized omelet, sample fresh local seafood, build a cold plate from the lavish salad bar, enjoy only the finest of sumptuously prepared meats, and delight in an endless assortment of tempting dessert creations.
