We are Brendan, Patrick and Eugene "Gene" Young: three local New Orleans brothers whose love for cooking and food in general led us to open Squeal Bar-B-Q in early November 2008. With over 40 years combined experience in the restaurant business, we hope to place our unique "New Orleans Style" Bar-B-Q on the map. We use the freshest ingredients available, smoke our meats in house daily, and cook up our delicious Squeal Sauce daily (no store bought BBQ sauce here).Come on in and check us out. We are conveniently located in uptown New Orleans on historic Oak Street at Cambronne.
