Other Details:
We are located in a 100 year old building that was originally a hardware store. We have been in business since 1992, and the building also houses a gift mall, art gallery, art studio, and the cafe. Winnfield is home to three former Louisiana governors: Huey P. Long, Earl K. Long, and O. K. Allen. Governor Earl Long visited Winnfield often and kept a farm on the outskirts of town. He raised a garden and kept hogs and chickens. We are named for his "Pea Patch Farm", and serve some of the foods Earl would have enjoyed. There is plenty to enjoy in the cafe, and you can shop as well. We are open for lunch Monday through Friday from 11-2. We serve cokes and desserts until 5:00 pm.
