Emma’s is a survivor. It was moved here to town by Emma and her husband, Gregory, from Revere Beach in the mid 60’s. The shop occupied a modest space on Huron Avenue in West Cambridge (does our front counter look familiar?) for a number of years before settling into our current location, on Hampshire Street in Kendall Square. The creative menu has evolved over the years, especially while Wendy Saver and David Rockwood steered the ship, or tugboat as it were, from 1995-2004. Luckily, they have now entrusted their work to us, and we’re here to deliver Emma’s both as it was intended, and sometimes not so much.A pizza shop stuffed into a restaurant atmosphere. Inventive appetizers and salads are a wise place to start. Our sandwiches aren’t what you’d find in your typical neighborhood shop. We offer 2 dozen imaginative pizza flavor combinations or create your own concoctions from over 30 inspired toppings, 3 sauces and various cheeses. Our beverage list includes delicious brews and vintages to complement our flavors.
