Each room is equipped with a refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. It has waterfront and beachside units as well as boat docks for those who want to bring their boats for easy access to Martha's Vineyard, or use one of its complimentary row or paddle boats. It has a heated outdoor swimming pool and kiddie pool near the waterfront. The lodging is non-smoking, but pet friendly. There are cottage and kitchenette units available as well.
