The motel is on Falmouth Harbor, which can be easily viewed from each room's private deck.  There are spacious studios, as well as one and two bedroom units, all with fully equipped kitchens. Centrally located to many points of interest, such as local beaches, fishing spots and restaurants, the motel is also a short walk to the Island Queen Boat, which, in season, provides boat rides to Martha's Vineyard.  This family-owned and operated property also rents off-site furnished corporate housing. Off-season rentals are offered on a long term basis.
