If experience is indeed the best teacher, then Demetri and Nicholas Panagopoulos are two of its most successful students. Virtually born into the restaurant business, they are part of a 135 year old heritage of providing fine food and gracious dining to satisfy patrons. Beginning with their grandfather and father"s business in Greece, the two brothers have worked in or owned 27 restaurants throughout Europe and Canada and The United States. Their fourth major venture in America is the Green Valley Steak House. This varied experience shows in the extensive international choices in the luncheon and dinner menus.
