It is the belief of the Franklin Family that the best foods come from the best ingredients. That is why you will find no deli meats at Wally's Blackburn Bistro. We roast our own Turkey, Corned Beef and Whole Chickens right here in our own kitchen, and our Applewood Smoked Ham is carved from a true ham.
