Our French Cafe When we opened our wholesale Artisan bakery in 1992, we also had the idea to create a neighborhood Boulangerie, ( a French bakery ) where anyone can walk in and buy a crusty loaf of fresh bread, croissant or patisserie, ( pastry ) and enjoy a perfect espresso, every day. Today, our Cafe Boulangerie is open 7 days a week, offering European style breakfasts and gourmet lunches. In addition, we offer an amazing selection of imported cheeses, pates, olive oils, as well as, a host of delicious grab & go specialties. Enjoy your food and beverages inside or out, at one of our intimate Cafe tables, or join others at our communal table and catch up on today s news and sports scores with our tv and bring your laptop; we have WIFI. Our celebrated Chef, Toby Hill has designed a French Bistro menu with classic dishes, mixed with contemporary world flavors. Toby is dedicated to using the freshest ingredients of the highest quality, while staunchly supporting local farmers. To compliment our maison-fait cuisine, ( home-made ), breads and patisserie, we offer a wonderful array of French wines and French & Belgian beers of exceptional value. Our bakery s trademark has always been quality, taste and authenticity, so is true now for our Cafe Boulangerie. To complete your dining experience, one can expect uncommonly good service, superb live music and contemporary Parisian ambiance.
