Woman's Workout Company is a bright, friendly, spotlessly clean place to get fit. It offers the usual exercise equipment like weights, treadmills, stationary bikes, etc., but it also has a pool for aquatic classes and swimming. There are many group activities to choose from like Zumba, yoga, boxing and step.
