Due to the overwhelming success of the original Spice Thai Kitchen located in Ipswich, Spice Thai Kitchen II launched in Melrose. The same succulent, sometimes spicy Thai dishes appear on the menu and the quality of both the food and the service is consistently excellent. For the more daring—ask for the restaurant's spicier speciality dishes, such as, the Lychee Shrimp or the Ga Pao Gai.
