Cappy Cakes is an ice cream bakery of sorts. Owner and artisan Bobby Capuzziello creates an assortment of ice cream cakes and pies. Customers can choose from a wide array of Richardson's super premium ice cream flavors to combine with Devil's food or yellow cake. Bakers then spread a layer of fresh whipped cream and sprinkle on any number of choice toppings. Pies have a half gallon of premium ice cream on a bed of Cappy Cakes homemade hot fudge pooled on a plain or chocolate graham cracker crust. All pies and cakes are made to order. Its hot fudge may be purchased separately. This ice cream bakery's frozen creations can be found on a number of local restaurant's dessert menus.
