Fresco was opened over 4 years ago by the owner of Nicholas' Pizza, Manny Belibasakis, who saw the opportunity for a breakfast and lunch place next door to his pizzeria. The restaurant is very casual, with booths and tables lining the walls of the narrow location, and a semi-open kitchen in the back. It's an American-style breakfast, while the lunch menu has a hint of Greek, the main style of the pizza place next door to Fresco.
