Dartmouth Medical Center Dartmouth Medical has been located at 39 Faunce Corner Road for over 20 years. Originally, the site was opened as a medical walk in clinic and has remained a health care facility ever since. Dr. Butler began seeing patients as a full time physician in 2000, establishing his family practice while keeping the walk in patient care feature to offer same day office visits. He became the Medical Director of the practice going on to purchase the business and to develop the first open access' family practice in southern Massachusetts. Several of our staff have been with the company for many years providing excellent patient care and offering a warm and friendly environment for our patients.
