A relatively new dining option in Shrewsbury, Thai Place opened in spring 2010 and offers lunch and dinner Thai cuisine for dining in or take-out. The atmosphere is modern, with attractive décor and a variety of seating options. At Thai Place, there are cozy, intimate tables, as well as a full-service bar and even casual stool seating at the front of the restaurant. Customers can take advantage of free WiFi while they enjoy meals from an extensive menu, which includes traditional Thai cuisine such as Pad Thai, Lemon Grass Chicken and curry dishes, as well as gluten-free, vegetarian and low-calorie offerings. Reservations are suggested for groups of six or more. Thai Place also offers catering. The staff is courteous and pleasant, and the prices are reasonable for a fine dining experience.
