This has been a neighborhood smoke shop for nearly half a century. Today, Union Square Smoke Shop provides tobacco products, convenience store items and lottery tickets. Up front you'll find a cigarette rolling machine--purchase one of the store's tobacco blends (they'll provide you with the tubes and filters), and in eight minutes, you'll have yourself a carton's worth of cigarettes. In the back of the store, bright red modern chairs surround TV screens rolling Keno numbers or the Daily Race Game. If none of those amenities suit your fancy, stop in for a quick snack, soda or greeting card.
