The United States' reservation office for the Chan Chich Jungle Lodge is located in a second-story apartment of the historical, Colonial-style home of Captain Cromwell. The lower half of 108 William Street is still a private residence, and because there is no signage or foot traffic, this is only an Internet and telephone-based travel business.

The Chan Chich is Belize's premier jungle lodge, located on 130,000 acres of private nature reserve in Northwestern Belize. It consists of 12 thatched-roof cabanas and a two-bedroom Villa.
