Ginjo has an interesting story. The restaurant, formerly Blue Orchid Chinese restaurant, was forced to close in 2009 when a car crashed through its front windows. No one was hurt, and the new restaurant was born several months later. Today, it offers a little bit of everything, be it Chinese or Japanese cuisine. On the Japanese side, there's tempura fried chicken, seafood and tofu, teriyaki and hibachi grilled items. Sushi, sashimi and maki rolls are also served. Chinese favorites are also available like General Gau's Chicken, noodles, shrimp, chicken and vegetable dishes, plus lunch specials. Delivery is available to local and surrounding towns.
