From its cool painting tables to the cafe area, the Blue Dog Cafe is a place that every Bel Air art lover should visit. Since 2009, owner Rog Hicks has brewed wonderful coffee and baked scones and muffins for the artists that step through her door. Not only does she have a neat place to come paint, create and bake ceramics, but Rog even sells seasonal delights to her customers, like snowballs.
