A fabulous source for fresh crabs and seafood, The Crab Galley is a Bowie institution. Offering one of the area's widest selection of fresh crab, from regular to jumbo (current market prices from $16-85 per dozen), you can buy by the dozen, half bushel or full bushel, choosing between males, females or mixed.  Its jumbo lump crab cakes are huge and look delicious, as do the salmon cakes. It carriescrab from all over the country, offering Alaskan Snow crab, Dungeness crab, King crab, and of course local Chesapeake crab.  Fresh fish and shellfish are available, too, such as little neck or top neck clams,  mussels, Ocean City sea scallops, flounder, and tilapia. While best known for fresh, raw seafood, The Crag Galley also offers a full take-out menu of tasty appetizers, sandwiches, chicken/shrimp combos, Maryland crab soup, fried oysters, and clam baskets.
