This is the largest fair in the Northeastern United States, attracting over one million people every September. Noting the popularity and demand for her product, Penny with her son Dan (hence D.P.) opened the first D.P. Dough Restaurant in 1987 in Amherst, MA. Today, with our systems and procedures perfected, all D.P. Dough stores offer a wide variety of calzones.
