Rita's Italian Ice is a seasonal business, open February through October each year. Rita's signature product is Italian ice, with each batch made fresh daily and served within 36 hours of mixing. The ice is fat- and cholesterol free, and a number of flavors are offered as sugar-free varieties. Rita's also offers custard, toppings and several products that blend custard with Italian ice. Rita's also offers limited outdoor bench seating in front of the walk-up kiosk.
