Dippin Dots ice cream are small balls of ice cream that are flash frozen in liquid nitrogen and are capable of being preserved for longer periods of time than traditional ice cream. The small balls are somewhat crunchy and melt instantly in your mouth, releasing an explosion of flavor at a very enjoyable temperature.
