The Kentland's Pacifica Cafe is located next to Potomac Pizza in the back of the main shopping area. Featuring "Shanghainese" dishes from the Pacific Rim, its cuisine is influenced by Japan, China, Singapore and Thailand. Dozens of appetizers from lettuce wraps and calamari, to spring rolls and seaweed salad are reasonably priced, and lead to a slightly higher priced entree selection. Pacifica also features eight "pre-order" specialties -- including duck, prawns, braised pork belly and sea cucumber -- each of which requires 48 hours notice to the restaurant. Lunch specials are a real treat -- with 27 choices under $7.50. Pacifica also offers a nice selection of beer and wine to complement the cuisine.
