Nick's Airport Inn is a restaurant that features choice meats, seafood, farm-fresh vegetables, homemade breads, desserts, and vintage wines and spirits. In 1961, Nick Giannaris and his wife Tina purchased the Inn, located adjacent to the airport, as a combination type eatery with a bar. Staffed by a single waitress, the one-room luncheonette also functioned as a dance hall and poolroom facility. Over the years, the restaurant expanded to accommodate Nick's loyal patronage and now employs approximately 100 people. Its menu consists of a variety of entrees, such as Nick s crab cakes, filet mignon, stuffed shrimp, Veal Oscar, farm-raised tilapia and stuffed filet of flounder.
