CHA is the partnership of Jerry Petitt and Tony Rothwell. Before forming CHA, they worked with hotel franchisers, building marketing reservation systems for Choice, Marriott, Hilton and Best Western. This knowledge has led Petitt and Rothwell to successfully help build hotels all over the country. They've also converted underperforming hotels into high performers. This includes enabling hotels to upgrade franchise agreements.
