The Don Pollo Restaurant on Viers Mills is one of three establishments serving authentic Peruvian charbroiled rotisserie chicken. All of Don Pollo's chicken dishes are served with his famous salsa verde, a green spicy sauce, and salsa amarillo, a mild yellow sauce.

The restaurant also serves Latin American–style side dishes such as fried plantains, yuca, black beans and rice. There is also the traditional sides of french fires, salads, coleslaw, mashed potatoes and potato salad.
