Catering to a mostly international clientele who appreciate the sweetness of their cakes and pastries, Shilla also offers up red bean pastries, sweet potato cakes and mocha rolls.

Their Bingsoo (a Korean ice cream sundae) is very popular, and one taste suggests why. The Strawberry Bingsoo includes several large scoops of homemade strawberry ice cream nestled on a bed of shaved ice, rice cake and strawberry syrup, with a surprising center of Fruity Pebbles cereal. It's all about the contrast of textures, temperature and flavor: the gritty chill of the ice, a crunchy surprise from the cereal, the smooth, creamy flavor of the natural ice cream, chewy bites of rice cake and a healthy dose of not-too-sweet strawberry syrup to tie it together.

Their Korean cake rolls are popular as well and are available in a two-roll boxed set for gift-giving. Of course, as a full bakery, wedding cakes and birthday cakes from Shilla Bakery & Cafe can also be made to order, and they boast a large selection of fresh packaged breads, rolls and cookies.
