Urban Burger offers only one burger: the Black Angus Burger. It's made up of six ounces of fresh beef simply seasoned and grilled to be juicy.

Customers can then add fixings to that basic burger to suit their tastes. Options start with a simple cheeseburger with lettuce and tomato, but the burger can be piled high with bell peppers, mushrooms, onion rings, bacon, chili, sauerkraut and barbecue beans.

The traditional burger alternatives are chicken and smoked sausage. Then there is the non-traditional "Bunless" Burger Bowl. That's a burger served on a Caesar or house salad without the bun.

Urban Burger also has nine salads to choice from, including Athena's Salad, which has chilled chicken, toasted pine nuts, sweet basil and kalamata olives. For something spicy, there's the Austin Chicken Salad, which comes with barbecue chicken, avocado, fresh corn, cheddar-jack cheese, cilantro and crispy tortilla laces. And for something in-between, Laurie's Tree Hugger Salad has Granny Smith apples, blue cheese, grapes, carrots, bell peppers and spiced pecans.

Side dishes include onion rings, macaroni and cheese, beans, chipped slaw, baked potatoes and collard greens.
