One of the real genuine staples of the community, Carlson's Donuts has been selling out donuts in Severn since 1981. Despite its remarkable popularity, the quaint donut shop is seemingly smudged between other stores in a tiny strip mall off of Telegraph Road.

Opening before the sun rises, the shop sometimes sells out of product before 9am. Owner Jay Meesiri claims he fell into the donut-making business, but based on his success, he "fell" into some very special dough. Check out Severn Patch's story on Carlson's Donuts here.
