We believe that the Farm to Fork experience benefits everyone from small farmers to our diners. We visit local produce markets to purchase seasonal, fresh produce. Our pita, focaccia & pizza dough are made daily. Our salmon & chicken are organic. We use fresh, pasture fed beef. We make our mozzarella, pickles, sauces, dressings & vinaigrettes in house from scratch. The cocktail bar has local tap beer, fun cocktails and a varied wine list.
