From Zagat ratings to a smorgasbord of best burger votes from around the country, Five Guys is happy to flaunt its status. The restaurant focuses on what it does best for its short menu -- hot dogs, grilled cheese sandwiches and the eponymous burgers and fries. Customers can add from a list of free toppings like ketchup, onions, mushrooms and steak sauce. The fries, reminiscent of Ocean City's, are seasoned strongly and served generously. A "regular" size may be large enough to share. The restaurant offers free peanuts to all diners in boxes near the tables, and advises customers with allergies to stay away.
